Project 365 - Day 10

This morning my wee one walked into my office and handed me the dental floss.
“Mommee, can you put dis back in fo me? I had to yick (lick) it.”
It progressed from there to,
“Momeee, can you get me a caat?”
“A what?”
“A Caat? Jus a tiny one”
“Oooh a cat. I’m sorry sweetie but mommy can’t have cats because they make me sneeze and cough.”
“Weaww (well)….you could just go in yo woom.”
“I don’t think that would work out too well, but maybe we can get another small animal for you.”
“Weaww…ok. How bout a zebwa?”
Now tell me, how could I not feel abundantly blessed?

Kimmie says:
Hmm, a girl whose hobby is licking the floss…we might have to warn her future husband. However, she is a girl of integrity, as she told you and asked for help in stuffing it back in it’s bed.
Oh, come on. Get the girl a cat, don’t you know the ‘Bella’ story? I used to be allergic to cats, now we have 3 indoor rescued kitties…all cuz Bella asked her mama and papa if she could pray for a cat. (*the very next day it showed up at her Papa’s office…ran right in the front door, thru the building and jumped slap-dab on his head!) The rest is history…another story of how I got rid of the cat allergies.

I agree with Kimmie. Get a cat. I’ll bring one with me in my luggage. But you’ll have to be responsible to buy his litter.
