Project 365 – Day 14

This came by UPS today to one very excited fourteen-year-old.  Yeah, I’m fairly sure I was buying lip gloss and cigarettes at this age.  Thank you Father that she’s not me.

Yes, I’m fairly certain I was putting all of my babysitting money into Duran Duran and Lip Smackers.

I love that she was so excited about it!

Wow, that’s is a beautiful cover! My Shakespeare compilation has a totally boring and plain cover… and I couldn’t afford the splurge to buy it until I was in college. I would’ve loved to have it at 14yo!

I had the lip gloss at 14 but cigarettes?! My parents would’ve killed me! And then asked me to give them back their cigs.

What a blessing for you and your daughter. The difference in my daughters and how I was at there age is just incredible. I was just terrible and rebellious and they are such sweethearts. Praise the Lord for His mercies!!
