Project 365 – Day 49
I wish I had time to share with you all the things I have wanted to this week, but once again I have been defeated by my schedule. Just when I think I have a grip on things, I get hit broadside with something unexpected. Honestly, most days posting a picture has been too much for me, but I have stuck with it because I NEED some consistency in this life. So I press on, always praying that God will give me an end to this insanity. Time to breathe and laugh and feel the joy He intended.
I miss reading all your blogs and the joy I get from all those humorous tales you tell so well. So just know that I haven’t forgotten you and even though I can’t visit as much as I would like, please know that the thought is there.
Anyway, Wee Bella helped her big sis make these little finger puppets. The problem….she touched a bit of hot glue with her thumb, so she is looking mighty sad. But, she is a tough nut. I distracted her long enough to kiss the frog, (hmmm…I think I see an interesting parallel there,) uh yeah…sorry, got a little off track. In any case, a little ice water and a couple hours took out the sting, but I’m not sure she was too fond of the puppets after that. Shall we say, once bitten twice shy…oh…yet another parallel!
And I guess I’ll say goodbye on that note.

How sweet she is…..when my youngest Jake was badly burned on his fingers from touching the outside of the BBQ Grill, he was 3, I soaked his fingers in ice with a bit of white vinegar…..took the sting right away, and helped with blistering…..Love your site

Oh drats, hot glue guns are the worst, the low temp ones are slightly more user friendly, but still they ouch.
Give Wee Bella a kiss and a hug from me -I can tell it really hurt.
The puppets are so cute, hope she will enjoy them…I am partial to the PIG! (what does that mean?) lol
