Digesting the Truckload

May 25, 2008

365/102

I’m still unpacking, digesting, and unpacking some more.  Still two small bags to go along with a truckload of emotion.  It has been a difficult, yet joyous week and I’m still entangled and sorting it all out.  And I can’t tell you how good it was to come home to 80 degree weather because I am not one that transitions well to cold after being in the tropics.

Now if I’m fortunate, I can get the zillion orders that I received while away, (don’t you know, no one needed curriculum until the moment we left for vacation,) processed by tomorrow and have a little time to blog my pictures and read my favorite blogs.

It could happen.

Probably right after I have lunch with Elvis.

Was Elvis at lunch, drats I missed him. You will have to poke me harder, you know how easily distracted I can get especially when having such a lovely day picnicking in the woods!
( *why do we put a ‘k’ in picnic, if we add ‘ed’ or ‘ing’ to a word…that is just disturbing!)

I am a bit upset that Elvis has found my special place in the woods, surely this means that others are bound to find out. Normally (ahem) I am not the violent type, but I am afraid if he shows up again, that I will have to kill him. sigh.

love you- praying for you. You know I am here if you need me.

Doesn’t that always happen with the orders? I hope you get some down time to process your thoughts as well as your orders :-)
