Mr. Potato Head

September 2, 2008

365/201

Someone give me a box of tissues……sniff, sniff.  Today was her first day of nursery school.  My baby is growing up too fast!

Sure, it may be Mr. Potato Head today, but before you know it, she’ll be asking to borrow the car!

I’d GLADLY give you a tissue but the only ones I can find here are just a little softer than fine grade sandpaper. So someone else will have to Pass The Puffs.
Just wanted to say again how much I enjoy your photos! Each day I look forward to seeing a new one :-)
My brother-in-law was extremely allergic to cats until he ate poisonous fish in Mexico. He was so sick he thought he was going to die but since then, he’s no longer allergic.
Not that I’m recommending you travel to Mexico and eat poisonous fish. But it’s an interesting story, no? :-)
Maybe it’s best to just keep that nebulizer handy.

Happy first day…bet she had a wonderful time.

Oh, to be little and to find time for Mr. Potatohead. Things get so complicated as we grow-up, cherish the moments, seems like yesterday that I was fixing the playground equipment behind the co-op. (the large plastic piece that keeps the kids from falling to the ground, well that was my Knight and I ;-) Where does the time go, no I am teaching driving lessons.

We moms all need a formula for stopping time. I’m trying to figure out how to ignore Annaleigh’s 12th b’day this weekend. I mean, if you don’t acknowledge it, it didn’t happen, right?

And the baby squirrels….omg…the cutest!!! How did you ever relinquish back to their mother?!

I think when my youngest starts school I will be a mess! It’s easier to see my 4yr old go when I know I’ll be too busy with her brother to miss anyone! :)

Great photos this week! The cat post almost made ME sob, and I don’t like cats much…

Oh, I feel your pain! When I dropped my oldest off at preschool for his first day without me there…I dropped him off and then drove around town crying and praying for 2 hours until it was time to pick him up! It’s so hard to let go…but so neat to see them spread their wings a bit.
