Yes, I chose hands for my assignment, which was rather cliche’, but had very little time and I am not one that can be forced into a subject matter. I take pictures of those things that inspire me and honestly, theme photography with a due date doesn’t really work for me. I guess I pulled it off, but just getting by is not my thang.
I would rather be inspired, so my photos will shine. The composition and color might be good, but I want them to tell a story, and stories take time to unfold.
So you can imagine that I am even more unhappy about my next assignment, due in one week…landscapes…yuck. It’s been pouring all weekend and my time is running out. UGH. Tomorrow I’ll hit the capitol city and see what back allies I can find. No, I’m not kidding. Stories, I need stories.

Enjoyed your dropping by. Love your attitude regarding drama, timing and inspiration—WHEN IT HAPPENS. The hand pics are among some of your best I think…..It’s great your stretching yourself (kinda get the feelin that you couldn’t NOT stretch, anyways). I like the alcohol and guitar best.
