Frogs, salamanders, cats, squirrels and now a chipmunk. I’m afraid to think about what might show up next.
Oh and sorry Pirate Jacky. I tried to smuggle him from his temporary home, so you could do some chipmunk whispering, but they caught on to my tricks.

I keep thinking that my youngest boy looks like a small woodland creature. Now I am convinced- how on earth can anyone resist a face like that?

I can’t believe that I didn’t find the pirate a-weeping when I got home from the wedding. She has been waiting for a chipmunk now for over a year-since the last one her Uncle David brought over voomed out of the cage, up her arm and into the woods (laughing, I think)
