I stopped to snap this picture of Bella as I rushed her along, trying to get us out of the house on time. Just once I would like to take my time and not be rushed. Somehow I think even if I woke at 4:00am, we would still be struggling to get out the door.

Good shot, even if it is rushed!
how do you get such clear, color perfect indoor shots? i haven’t mastered this. is it a combination of your lens and photoshop?
The only thing I did with these shots was change the white balance. I shoot in RAW, so I can do that if I need to. Both of these shots were taken in very yellow and dim lighting, so I had to cool down the white balance to try to color correct them. I could have done this on my camera prior to taking the shots; however, when trying to snap a quick shot, there is little time to fool with the white balance settings.
Isn’t that just totally true with kids?? You could get up at 4:00 am and you would still be rushed. Your pictures are beautiful.
