Why was it easier at age four?

It is weird, isn’t it? When I was younger I had no problems holding a handful of wiggly worms, but I really would prefer not to do that now. Just thinking about it turns my stomach a little.

But giving blood or having them draw it? I am fascinated by it. When I was in college, they would always have blood drives. Well, stupid me would race the stupid other college student in the chair next to me to see who could fill up the bag first! I usually won since I have this monstrosity of a vein in my left arm and sorta translucent skin right there so you can easily see it. Too bad I never got a medal or anything for my racing prowess.

Yep. That’d be me. When I was younger, when I’m older, and everywhere in between. I never look. LOL!! :D
