I don’t know…I have always been a coffee girl, but this is really good tea! No kidding…the best I have ever tasted and…it’s supposed to help you sleep with some Valerian Root in it; although, I think you’d have to hit me in the head with a hammer to knock me out..
Is it better than coffee? Bite your tongue! I’d never leave my beans!
