There was never a better day to stay in bed than today. I should have taken myself up on that thought. This is the first week I have been without any children in 20 years and I still have no idea how to relax. Maybe it’s just not in my genes.

Sleep is over-rated (NOT). Enjoy the time.
It’s hard to know what to do with yourself when faced with kid-free time that you don’t typically have. Hope you enjoyed your day. Maybe next time, you can take a little of that time and do something relaxing, just for you.
BTW – You could certainly send the rain our way. Colorado is much too dry right now. Although we had a tiny bit of sprinkling yesterday.
